WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...COLDER AIR WILL MOVE IN FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST
  WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT...CHANGING
  PRECIPITATION FROM RAIN TO A MIXTURE OF SNOW AND SLEET. SNOW
  WILL GRADUALLY TAPER OFF THURSDAY MORNING

* SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 8 INCHES ARE CURRENTLY
  FORECAST...WITH THE HIGHER AMOUNTS OCCURRING ALONG AND NORTH OF
  THE MOUNTAIN PARKWAY...AND THE LOWER AMOUNTS OCCURRING ALONG
