* SNOW AND RAIN SHOWERS WILL CHANGE TO ALL SNOW EARLY THIS EVENING
  IN VALLEYS...WITH ACCUMULATION BEGINNING AS TEMPERATURES FALL
  BELOW FREEZING. OCCASIONAL SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO
  ACCUMULATE ABOVE 2500 FEET. SNOW SHOWERS WILL START TO TAPER OFF
  AREA WIDE DURING THE DAY TUESDAY.

* SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE OVER A PROLONGED PERIOD...WITH TOTALS BY
  LATE TUESDAY IN THE 1 TO 3 INCH RANGE FOR MOST AREAS. ABOVE
  2500 FEET...LOCALIZED ACCUMULATIONS AROUND 6 INCHES WILL BE
  POSSIBLE.

* AS TEMPERATURES FALL BELOW FREEZING...ROADS AND WALKWAYS WILL
  BECOME SLIPPERY...ESPECIALLY THOSE WHICH ARE UNTREATED.
  LOCALIZED HEAVY SNOW SHOWERS MAY ALSO BRING GREATLY REDUCED
