...LIGHT ACCUMULATING SNOW EXPECTED FRIDAY MORNING...

A CLIPPER SYSTEM WILL PASS THROUGH THE REGION THIS MORNING INTO
EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. THIS WILL BRING WITH IT A BAND OF LIGHT
SNOW FOR SOUTHERN PARTS OF KENTUCKY. ACCUMULATIONS WILL GENERALLY
BE AROUND AN INCH FOR THE ADVISORY AREA...ESPECIALLY IN LOCATIONS
NEARER TO THE TENNESSEE AND VIRGINIA BORDERS. LIGHTER SNOW IS
EXPECTED FOR NORTHERN PARTS OF EASTERN KENTUCKY WITH GENERALLY A
HALF AN INCH OR LESS OF ACCUMULATION ANTICIPATED THROUGH NOON

  MOST OF THE ADVISORY AREA...WITH LOCALLY UP TO AN INCH AND A
  HALF NEAR THE TENNESSEE AND VIRGINIA BORDERS.

* REDUCED VISIBILITIES ARE ANTICIPATED IN HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS.

* PLAN ON SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS THIS MORNING.
