.DISCUSSION...

RH remains low this afternoon despite cloud cover and virga over
the area with dew points in the 30s. Winds remain blustery out of
the southwest at 15-20mph with some gusts up to 30-35mph possible
for the next few hours, with some gust 40mph or higher in southern
Minnesota. Winds will fall back a bit overnight and lose their
gustiness, however pick back up again tomorrow with northwesterly
winds at 20-25mph and gusts as high as 40mph possible behind the
departing system. RH will drop into the upper 30s to low 40s thus
the winds remain the primary concern heading into tomorrow.
