.DISCUSSION...

A weather system located over the Great Plains will continue to
spread mid to high level clouds across far eastern Washington and
north Idaho with light precipitation for the central Panhandle
mountains through Wednesday afternoon. High pressure will build
over central Washington today and continue to move inland into
eastern Washington and north Idaho this evening. This will bring a
period of dry and warm weather through the weekend. Breezy north
winds are expected down the Okanogan Valley into the western
Columbia Basin through the early evening. Winds will decrease on
Thursday and shift to the northeast.
