.DISCUSSION...

Humidity Thursday afternoon falls to around 20 percent across the
Southern Nebraska Panhandle and the Frenchman basin. Winds will
be south 10 to 20 mph with a few gusts to around 25 mph.

For Thursday night through Friday night, wetting rains are forecast
across the fire districts. Rainfall amounts should range from a half
inch to an inch and a half. This, along with seasonable temperatures
the next several days will minimize the fire concerns.
