.DISCUSSION...
3/4 to 3 inches of rainfall is expected during the next 7 days.
Highest amounts are expected across the Loup Rivers basin and the
eastern half of the Niobrara valley. Lowest rainfall totals are
expected across the Eastern Panhandle and the Frenchman Basin.
Locally higher amounts are likely in all areas.

Humid conditions will present minimum afternoon humidity of 30 to
50 percent through Thursday. Warmer temperatures Friday through
Monday will reduce humidity to between 20 and 30 percent across
the Eastern Panhandle and the western half of the Niobrara Valley.
High humidity will continue elsewhere.
