This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

Bitterly cold temperatures and light winds, will lead to dangerous
wind chills this morning. Wind chills of -20 to -40 are expected
through mid morning, mainly north of a line from Oshkosh, to
Mullen, to Springview.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

An upper level disturbance will spread light snow to western and
north central Nebraska on Thursday. Snow accumulations of 1 to 2
inches are possible mainly north of highway 92 from Arthur to
Broken Bow.

Wintry precipitation will return to the outlook area Friday night
into Saturday. Light freezing precipitation followed by snow is
expected with the main threat area being southwestern into north
central Nebraska. Moderate snow accumulations are possible and
will be highly dependent on storm track, which at this time, is
uncertain.
