This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

Elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions are expected
rest of today through sunset as gusty southerly winds, up to 35
mph, combine with low relative humidity across the outlook area.

Near-critical fire weather conditions are expected over the Loup
Rivers Basin where humidity will drop as low as 15 to 20 percent
at some locations this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

Elevated fire weather conditions will prevail across southwest
Nebraska tomorrow. Afternoon humidity as low as 20 to 25 percent
will combine with northwest winds to 20 mph.

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
