This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

A powerful springlike storm system will cross the Great Plains
Wednesday through Thursday. Strong winds and rain are likely with
this system with periodic wind gusts above 40 MPH. Temperatures may
become cold enough late Wednesday night into Thursday morning to
support snow. At this time, the greatest threat for snow is over the
northwestern Sandhills. Forecast confidence in specific snow
accumulations is currently low. However, if snow does occur, it will
combine with the expected wind, producing areas of blowing snow and
reduced visibilities. Persons with outdoor interests or those
planning travel into the Panhandle and northwestern Sandhills, should
continue to monitor the latest forecasts and statements.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
