THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

ELEVATED FIRE DANGER IS EXPECTED TODAY ACROSS MOST OF WESTERN AND
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. AFTERNOON HIGHS WILL REACH THE LOWER 60S
RESULTING IN MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF AROUND 30 PERCENT. IN
ADDITION TO LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...GUSTY NORTHWESTERLY WINDS OF
20 TO 30 MPH...WITH GUSTS APPROACHING 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE THIS
AFTERNOON.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK ACROSS THE
CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PLAINS THIS WEEKEND. ACCUMULATING SNOWS WILL
BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS SYSTEM. AT THIS TIME...IT IS TOO EARLY TO
DETERMINE EXACTLY WHERE THE GREATEST THREAT FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW
EXISTS. BASED ON THE LATEST FORECAST TRENDS...LOCATIONS EAST OF A
LINE FROM VALENTINE TO OGALLALA MAY SEE ACCUMULATING SNOW SATURDAY
INTO SUNDAY.
