At 649 AM CDT/549 AM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated an area of rain
from Wild Horse Butte to Johnstown to Page, moving southeast at 20
mph.

up to 1/4 inch of rainfall is expected as this rain moves through.

This rain was associated with a reinforcing cold front moving
through Western and North Central Nebraska. The rain should end this
morning with clearing skies and temperatures in the upper 60s to
lower 70s this afternoon.

Locations impacted include...
O`neill, Valentine, Ainsworth, Gordon, Rushville, Bassett, Hay
Springs, O`Neill, Atkinson, Stuart, Ewing, Long Pine, Chambers, Page,
Cody, Merriman, Newport, Kilgore, Johnstown and Nenzel.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 183 between mile markers 150 and 197.
 Highway 20 between mile markers 75 and 196, and between mile markers
198 and 328.
 Highway 250 between mile markers 1 and 48.
 Highway 281 between mile markers 160 and 200.
 Highway 2 between mile markers 96 and 109.
 Highway 61 between mile markers 167 and 230.
 Highway 97 between mile markers 72 and 141.
