Scattered thunderstorms will move east at 20 mph across eastern
Perkins, Chase and western Hayes county through 615 pm mdt (715 pm
cdt). Brief heavy rain and gusty winds to 30 mph are expected,
especially across the southern half of Chase county, including
Imperial, Champion and Enders. A few thunderstorms could become
strong enough to produce pea size hail and gusty winds up to 40
mph.

Through 615 pm mdt, scattered showers and thunderstorms will drop
southeast into northern Sheridan and Northwest Cherry county from
South Dakota. In addition to heavy rainfall, a few of these
storms could become strong and contain hail up to dime size and
gusty winds up to 45 mph.
