A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect. Periods of moderate
snow, heavy at times, will continue through 1 AM central time.
Snow will combine with northeast winds up to 20 mph with gusts up
to 30 mph to cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.

Visibility will be reduced to less than one mile due to falling
and blowing snow. However, visibility as low as one quarter mile
may be seen at times. Hourly snowfall rates of one to two inches
are possible.

Travel conditions are expected to be difficult to impossible
tonight due to the low visibility and snow covered roads.
