At 912 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated rain, possibly mixed with
snow, from Naper to near Taylor, moving east at 15 mph.

The rain and snow will move east across North Central Nebraska this
evening. Periods of wet snow will reduce visibility to between 1 and
3 miles with a light accumulation of slush on roadways. This winter
weather is the result of an unusually cold upper level disturbance
moving through Nebraska.

Locations impacted include...
O`neill, Burwell, Bassett, Spencer, Springview, Taylor, O`Neill,
Atkinson, Stuart, Ewing, Butte, Chambers, Lynch, Page, Bartlett,
Newport, Ericson, Naper, Gross and Rose.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 183 between mile markers 122 and 182, and between mile
markers 208 and 225.
 Highway 20 between mile markers 252 and 328.
 Highway 281 between mile markers 132 and 223.
 Highway 12 between mile markers 26 and 135.
