At 510 AM CDT/410 AM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated an area of rain
from near Hay Springs to 9 miles southeast of Valentine, moving east
at 35 mph.

1/10 to 1/4 inch of rainfall is expected as this rain moves through.

This rain was associated with a reinforcing cold front moving
through Western and North Central Nebraska. The rain should end this
morning with clearing skies and temperatures in the 70s this
afternoon.

Locations impacted include...
Valentine, Gordon, Rushville, Hay Springs, Cody, Merriman, Kilgore,
Johnstown, Nenzel, Medicine Lake, Merritt Reservoir, White Clay,
Valentine National Wildlife Refuge, Crookston, Wood Lake, Clinton,
Intersection of Highway 87 and Craven Creek Road, Eli, Lone Butte and
Irwin.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 20 between mile markers 76 and 236.
 Highway 250 between mile markers 36 and 48.
 Highway 61 between mile markers 198 and 231.
 Highway 97 between mile markers 107 and 141.
 Highway 12 between mile markers 1 and 28.
