SUNRISE. VISIBILITIES WILL RANGE FROM 1 TO 3 MILES WITH HOURLY
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS GENERALLY AROUND A QUARTER TO HALF AN INCH.
NORTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS MORNING REDUCING VISIBILITIES
AND MAKING TRAVEL DIFFICULT.
