AT 409 PM MDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS FROM 12 MILES SOUTH OF
LONG PINE TO 25 MILES NORTHWEST OF WHITMAN...MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH.

LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...
SPARKS...SPRINGVIEW...CODY...GORDON...VALENTINE...LONG
PINE...AINSWORTH...BASSETT...JOHNSTOWN AND MERRITT RESERVOIR.

THE SHOWERS WILL PRODUCE 1/10 OF AN INCH OR LESS RAINFALL.
ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS
EVENING ACROSS SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA WHICH WILL MOVE NORTH OVERNIGHT.
THIS ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO PRODUCE 1/4 TO 1/2 INCH OF RAINFALL.

ALL OF THIS RAIN WAS ASSOCIATED WITH A VERY LARGE UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE LOCATED ACROSS THE CENTRAL ROCKIES. THE STORM SYSTEM
WILL MOVE SLOWLY NORTH INTO THE DAKOTAS BY MONDAY AND CONTINUE TO
PRODUCE SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVERNIGHT...SUNDAY AND
MONDAY.
