.NOW...

At 414 AM CDT/314 AM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated periods of light
rain and isolated showers from 10 miles southwest of White Clay to
near Swan Lake, moving east at 40 mph.

Less than 1/10 of an inch of rain is expected as this area of
rain moves through the region this morning.

This rain was associated with a reinforcing cold front moving
through Western and North Central Nebraska. The rain should end this
morning with clearing skies and temperatures in the upper 60s to
lower 70s this afternoon.

Locations impacted include...
O`neill, Ainsworth, Gordon, Rushville, Bassett, Hay Springs, O`Neill,
Atkinson, Ewing, Long Pine, Chambers, Page, Bartlett, Newport,
Johnstown, Brownlee, Merritt Reservoir, Valentine National Wildlife
Refuge, Elsmere and Medicine Lake.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 183 between mile markers 143 and 201.
 Highway 20 between mile markers 74 and 128, between mile markers 212
and 278, and between mile markers 281 and 328.
 Highway 250 between mile markers 31 and 48.
 Highway 281 between mile markers 142 and 189.
 Highway 61 between mile markers 186 and 222.
 Highway 97 between mile markers 83 and 128.
