HIGHWAY 281 FROM O`NEILL TO BARTLETT ARE SEEING THE LOWEST
VISIBILITY AT THIS TIME...BUT AT THAT...MOST LOCATIONS ARE SEEING
VISIBILITY OF ONE MILE OR GREATER. THOSE TRAVELING ALONG AREA
ROADWAYS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR BRIEF BUT RAPID FLUCTUATIONS IN
