At 436 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated snow showers along a line
extending from 6 miles northwest of Valentine to near Brownlee,
moving east at 35 mph.

A trace to a dusting of snow is expected with the snow showers and
visibility will briefly fall to 1 mile. This snow was associated
with arctic high pressure which is expected to produce periods of
light snow today through Wednesday with total accumulations of less
than 2 inches.

Locations impacted include...
Valentine, Ainsworth, Bassett, Springview, Long Pine, Newport,
Johnstown, Norden, Rose, Valentine National Wildlife Refuge,
Brownlee, Wood Lake, Burton, Bobcat State Wildlife Management Area,
Moon Lake, North River Trail, Meadville, Pine Glen State Wildlife
Refuge, Duff and Mariaville.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 183 between mile markers 153 and 225.
 Highway 20 between mile markers 193 and 271.
 Highway 97 between mile markers 135 and 141.
 Highway 12 between mile markers 1 and 81.
