AT 220 AM CDT/120 AM MDT/...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THE LEADING EDGE
OF AN AREA OF SNOW ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 9 MILES EAST OF
WHITMAN TO NEAR MASON CITY. THE SNOW WAS NEARLY STATIONARY AND
EXTENDED NORTH TO BROWNLEE AND DUNNING.

NO SIGNIFICANT SNOW ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED WITH TEMPERATURES ABOVE
FREEZING AND VISIBILITY WILL FALL TO 1 TO 3 MILES. THIS SNOW WAS
ASSOCIATED WITH AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE ACROSS WESTERN IOWA. THE
DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE EAST OVERNIGHT AND THE SNOW ACROSS THE
SANDHILLS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH.
