CENTRAL NEBRASKA LATE THIS MORNING. SNOWFALL RATES HAVE APPROACHED
AN INCH PER HOUR AT VALENTINE WITH THIS SNOW. EXPECT THE SAME
INTENSITY AS THE SNOW SPREADS EAST INTO ROCK...BROWN...KEYA
PAHA...BOYD AND HOLT COUNTIES THROUGH MIDDAY. VISIBILITY MAY FALL
TO 1/2 MILE UNDER THIS SNOW. IN ADDITION...THE FRESHLY FALLEN SNOW
WILL COMBINE WITH GUSTY NORTHWEST WIND OF 25 MPH OR GREATER TO
CREATE NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS IN OPEN AREAS. MOTORISTS ARE URGED
TO EXERCISE CAUTION AND REMAIN ALERT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING
VISIBILITY WHEN TRAVELING ACROSS NORTHERN NEBRASKA.

INTERSTATE 80 CORRIDOR THIS MORNING. SNOWFALL RATES OF UP TO A
HALF INCH PER HOUR HAVE BEEN NOTED WITHIN THIS SNOW. TOTAL SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 OR TWO INCHES IS POSSIBLE BY MID AFTERNOON. THOSE
TRAVELING ACROSS THE SANDHILLS OR INTERSTATE 80 ACROSS SOUTHWEST
NEBRASKA THROUGH LINCOLN COUNTY SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR RAPIDLY
CHANGING VISIBILITY. IN ADDITION...GUSTY NORTHWEST WIND IS
ANTICIPATED EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...WIND GUSTS TO 25 MPH ARE
POSSIBLE...AND WHEN COMBINED WITH THE LIGHT SNOW...VISIBILITY MAY
