WIDESPREAD LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW ALONG WITH A LINE OF HEAVY SNOW
WILL CONTINUE TO INTENSIFY AND INCREASE IN AREAL COVERAGE THROUGH
THE EVENING. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WAS ALONG A LINE FROM CHAPPELL
THROUGH NORTHERN LINCOLN COUNTY TO CALLAWAY TO ANSLEY. THIS LINE
IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING INCH AN HOUR SNOWFALL RATES AS IT MOVES
NORTH THROUGH THE NEBRASKA SANDHILLS. VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED
TO A QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES. ROADS ARE SLICK OVER WESTERN
NEBRASKA AND STRONG EASTERLY WINDS ARE INCREASING. THIS MAY CAUSE
DRIFTING ON NORTH SOUTH ROADS.
