.NOW...

At 133 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated light rain and showers along
and west of a line from 9 miles west of Naper to near Taylor, moving
southeast at 15 mph.

Through 230 pm...the heavier showers will produce rainfall amounts
of around 1/4 to 1/2 inch. The showers were associated with cold air
aloft leftover from the storm system Tuesday. The cold air and
showers will shift slowly east this afternoon and isolated
thunderstorms may develop.

Locations impacted include...
Ainsworth, Burwell, Bassett, Springview, Taylor, Brewster, Stuart,
Merna, Long Pine, Anselmo, Dunning, Newport, Naper, Halsey,
Johnstown, Victoria Springs State Recreation Area, Elsmere, Purdum,
Rose and Norden.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 183 between mile markers 121 and 225.
 Highway 20 between mile markers 209 and 286.
 Highway 2 between mile markers 222 and 274.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 253 and 273.
 Highway 12 between mile markers 10 and 99.
