* TIMING: FOG SHOULD DISSIPATE BY MID MORNING.

* VISIBILITY: ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS.

* IMPACTS: REDUCED VISIBILITY IN PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL MAKE
  TRAVEL DIFFICULT. TRAVELERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN
  DROPS IN VISIBILITY OVER SHORT DISTANCES THIS MORNING.
