* VISIBILITY: A QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY IN LOW
  LYING AREAS AND RIVER VALLEYS. EXPECT VERY LOW VISIBILITY...NEAR
  ZERO IN SPOTS...IN THE PLATTE RIVER VALLEY ALONG THE INTERSTATE
  80 CORRIDOR THROUGH LINCOLN AND INTO EASTERN KEITH COUNTIES.
  VISIBILITY SHOULD BEGIN TO IMPROVE AROUND 10 AM CDT /9 AM MDT/
  THIS MORNING.

* IMPACTS: MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR LOW VISIBILITY AND
  RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITY EARLY THIS MORNING.
