STREAM...A SERIES OF COLD FRONT PASSAGES AND FOLLOWING ARCTIC HIGH
PRESSURE SYSTEMS...AND ACCUMULATING SNOW AFFECTED WESTERN AND NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA THIS PAST WEEK. FROM NOVEMBER 10TH TO 16TH
2014...VALENTINE HAD AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 10.6 DEGREES. THIS
RANKS AS THE COLDEST NOVEMBER 10-16 ON RECORD DATING TO 1889 AND IS
24.9 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THE MONTH TO DATE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE
(NOV 1-16) WAS 30.7 DEGREES...WHICH WAS 7.3 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.
THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE FOR VALENTINE FOR NOVEMBER 10-16 WAS
23.9 DEGREES AND THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS -2.7 DEGREES...BOTH
