WEDNESDAY APRIL 13TH 2016...

UNSEASONABLY WARM TEMPERATURES AFFECTED ALL OF WESTERN AND NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA YESTERDAY...WEDNESDAY...APRIL 13TH 2016. THESE WARM
TEMPERATURES WERE MORE CHARACTERISTIC OF THE FIRST TWO WEEK OF
JUNE...RATHER THAN THE THE SECOND WEEK OF APRIL. FOR THIS
REASON...HIGH TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE REGION WERE 15 TO NEARLY 25
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE HIGHEST OBSERVED TEMPERATURE
YESTERDAY...WAS 82 DEGREES AT SEVERAL COMMUNITIES ACROSS NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND THE SANDHILLS.
