HIGH PRESSURE MOVED ONTO THE NORTHERN GREAT PLAINS IN THE WAKE OF
THE RECENT SNOW...WHICH HELPED CLEAR THE SKY AND LIGHTEN THE WINDS.
THAT COMBINATION ALONG WITH THE FRESH SNOW PACK ALLOWED TEMPERATURES
TO FALL WELL BELOW ZERO FOR SOME LOCATIONS OVERNIGHT. BELOW IS A
LIST OF LOCATIONS THAT REPORTED SUBZERO LOW TEMPERATURES.
