...RED FLAG WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 6 PM CST THIS EVENING FOR LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND WIND FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 209...

Winds have begun to lessen across the area. Wind speeds have
diminished to 10 to 15 mph with gusts over 25 MPH no longer
expected. While low humidity remains, near 20 percent, humidity
will recover above 50 percent by mid evening.

* WIND...West 15 to 25 mph with a few gusts to 25 mph.

* HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly...
   be difficult to control...and exhibit extreme fire behavior.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
