...RED FLAG WARNING FOR WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA THIS
AFTERNOON...

.SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD IN BEHIND THE COLD FRONT THAT
MOVED ACROSS WESTERN NEBRASKA LAST NIGHT. STRONG AND GUSTY
NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
ALSO...CLEARING SKIES WILL SEE TEMPERATURES RISE INTO THE 70S
TODAY WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY FALLING TO AROUND 10 TO 15
PERCENT OVER MOST OF WESTERN NEBRASKA. THE COMBINATION OF LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND GUSTY WINDS WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE
WEATHER CONDITIONS TODAY.
