MOVED ACROSS WESTERN NEBRASKA LAST NIGHT. STRONG AND GUSTY
NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. CLEARING
SKIES WILL SEE TEMPERATURES RISE INTO THE 70S TODAY WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITY FALLING TO AROUND 10 TO 15 PERCENT OVER MOST OF WESTERN
