...WINTRY WEATHER IS ON THE WAY SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY...

A STRONG STORM SYSTEM MOVING ACROSS THE PLAINS WILL BRING RAIN...
FREEZING RAIN AND SNOW TO WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. THE
RAIN OR FREEZING RAIN IS EXPECTED TO START IN THE WEST LATE SUNDAY
MORNING AND SPREAD OVER THE REST OF THE AREA BY SUNDAY EVENING.
THE FREEZING RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW DURING THE EVENING
SUNDAY AND SNOW IS LIKELY TO CONTINUE THROUGH MONDAY AND POSSIBLY
INTO TUESDAY. ALTHOUGH THERE IS STILL CONSIDERABLE UNCERTAINTY
REGARDING THE TRACK OF THE SYSTEM AND ITS IMPACT...CURRENT
INDICATIONS ARE THAT ICING WILL BE ONLY A THIN GLAZE. SNOWFALL
TOTALS EXCEEDING FOUR INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN CENTRAL AND NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA. WESTERN AND SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA CAN EXPECT THREE
INCHES OR LESS.
