A STRONG WINTER STORM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE FROM SOUTHERN COLORADO
MONDAY MORNING...ACROSS KANSAS...TO APPROXIMATELY NORTHERN
MISSOURI BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

WHILE THERE REMAINS SOME UNCERTAINTY ON THE EXACT TRACK OF THIS
SYSTEM...CONFIDENCE CONTINUES TO INCREASE THAT PORTIONS OF THE
EASTERN PANHANDLE...SANDHILLS...AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA WILL
SEE ACCUMULATING SNOW MONDAY NIGHT AND INTO TUESDAY.

IT MUST BE STRESSED THAT A WOBBLE IN THE FINAL TRACK OF THIS
WINTER STORM BY AS LITTLE AS 50 MILES COULD EITHER BRING MORE OR
LESS SNOWFALL TO THE REGION...THUS SNOWFALL TOTALS WILL BE HIGHLY
DEPENDENT ON THE FINAL TRACK OF THIS WINTER STORM. IN ADDITION TO
THE SNOW...NORTHEASTERLY TO NORTHERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 25 MPH WITH
GUSTS OVER 30 MPH COULD CREATE AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF
THE FALLEN AND OR FALLING SNOW.

PLEASE CONTINUE TO MONITOR LATER FORECAST AND STATEMENTS REGARDING
THIS WINTER STORM...ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE TRAVEL PLANS EARLY THIS WEEK.
