* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 3 INCHES WITH HIGHEST ACCUMULATIONS
  ALONG THE PINE RIDGE AND HIGHWAY 20.

* WIND...NORTH 15 TO 30 MPH GUSTING TO 40 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING
  WEATHER CONDITIONS INCLUDING STRONG WINDS...SNOWFALL RATES

  MORNING ACROSS THE CENTRAL SANDHILLS AND SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA.
  THIS BAND OF SNOW WILL DECAY AND A SECOND BAND OF HEAVY SNOW
  IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL
  NEBRASKA.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 5 INCHES WITH HIGHEST ACCUMULATIONS
  ACROSS WESTERN NEBRASKA...CUSTER COUNTY...WHEELER AND FRONTIER
  COUNTY. HIGHER ACCUMULATIONS MAY DEVELOP... ESPECIALLY ACROSS
  CUSTER AND FRONTIER COUNTIES.

* WIND...NORTH 25 TO 35 MPH GUSTING TO 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING
  WEATHER CONDITIONS INCLUDING STRONG WINDS...SNOWFALL RATES
