* ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 2 TO 5 INCHES...WITH STORM TOTAL
  SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 10 TO 14 INCHES.

* WIND NORTH AT TO 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH IN OPEN
  AREAS THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL RESULT
  IN REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES TODAY. THE
  DRIFTING OF SNOW MAY BLOCK SOME ROADS. TRAVEL WILL BE VERY
  DIFFICULT TO IMPOSSIBLE.

  LINE...AND STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 9 TO 14 INCHES.

* WIND NORTH AT 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH IN OPEN AREAS.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL RESULT
