WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM CDT /6
AM MDT/ THIS MORNING TO 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...A BAND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS
  MORNING ACROSS THE CENTRAL SANDHILLS AND SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA.
  THIS BAND OF SNOW WILL DECAY AND A SECOND BAND OF HEAVY SNOW IS
  EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL
  NEBRASKA.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 4 INCHES WITH HIGHEST ACCUMULATIONS
  ACROSS WESTERN NEBRASKA...SOUTHEASTERN CUSTER COUNTY AND EASTERN
  FRONTIER COUNTY. HIGHER ACCUMULATIONS MAY DEVELOP...ESPECIALLY
  ACROSS CUSTER AND FRONTIER COUNTIES.

* WIND...NORTH 25 TO 35 MPH GUSTING TO 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING
  WEATHER CONDITIONS INCLUDING STRONG WINDS...SNOWFALL RATES
  LOCALLY REACHING AS HIGH AS 3 INCHES PER HOUR...VISIBILITY 1/4 MILE
  OR LESS AND HEAVY ACCUMULATIONS OF SLUSH. IF VERY HEAVY SNOW
  DEVELOPS...SPORADIC POWER OUTAGES MAY OCCUR.
