A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM CDT /6 PM
MDT/ THIS EVENING TO 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ SATURDAY.

* TIMING...RAIN WILL MOVE NORTHEAST THIS AFTERNOON AND CHANGE TO
  SNOW THIS EVENING. SNOW WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT AND DECREASE
  LATE ON SATURDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 6 INCHES ARE LIKELY WITH LOCALLY
  HIGHER SNOW ACCUMULATIONS IN THE NORTHWEST SANDHILLS.

* WIND...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH TONIGHT BECOMING NORTH AT 20 TO
  25 MPH SATURDAY.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL FALL TO 1/4 MILE IN PERIODS OF HEAVY
  SNOW. ROAD CONDITIONS DETEORIATING AS TEMPERATURES FALL AND SNOW
  CONTINUES TO FALL FOR SNOW ACCUMULATIONS INTO SATURDAY.
  TEMPERATURES NEAR FREEZING WILL MAKE FOR A WET...HEAVY SNOW THAT
  CAN ACCUMULATE ON POWER LINES AND CAUSE POWER OUTAGES.
