.THE HEAVIER SNOW HAS TRANSITIONED EAST INTO CENTRAL AND SOUTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA BY MID AFTERNOON AND WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST
INTO THE EVENING. AREAS EAST OF A BROKEN BOW TO BURWELL LINE COULD
GET AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO...BUT SHOULD SEE CONDITIONS
IMPROVING BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON. TOTAL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 5 INCHES
WERE REPORTED ACROSS THE AREA. THE WINDS WILL ALSO STAY STRONG
INTO THE EVENING...WHICH WILL CONTINUE TO BLOW THE NEW SNOW AROUND
IN LOCATIONS. ROADS MAY CONTINUE TO BE SLICK IN AREAS TONIGHT.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY.

SNOW HAS EITHER ENDED OR HAS TAPERED OFF TO FLURRIES...AND WITH
NO ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION EXPECTED THE WINTER WEATHER
ADVISORY HAS BEEN CANCELLED. TRAVEL MAY CONTINUE TO BE HAZARDOUS
IN SOME AREAS WHERE SNOW HAS STUCK TO THE ROADWAYS...BUT NO

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 2 INCHES OF ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION IS
  POSSIBLE YET THIS AFTERNOON...WHERE SNOWFALL RATES OF AN INCH OR
  TWO PER HOUR OR MORE COULD OCCUR. THE HIGHEST ACCUMULATIONS WILL
  BE EAST OF A LINE FROM BROKEN BOW TO BURWELL...WITH LESSER
  AMOUNTS TO THE WEST.

* WIND...NORTH 25 TO 35 MPH GUSTING TO 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING
  WEATHER CONDITIONS INCLUDING STRONG WINDS...SNOWFALL RATES
  LOCALLY REACHING AS HIGH AS 1 OR 2 INCHES PER HOUR...
  VISIBILITY 1/4 MILE OR LESS AND HEAVY ACCUMULATIONS OF SLUSH.
  IF VERY HEAVY SNOW DEVELOPS...SPORADIC POWER OUTAGES MAY
  OCCUR.
