* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL RESULT
  IN REDUCING VISIBILITY TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES
  THROUGH THIS EVENING. THE DRIFTING OF SNOW MAY BLOCK SOME
