* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO EIGHT INCHES WITH THE GREATEST
  AMOUNTS NORTH OF AN OGALLALA THROUGH THEDFORD AND ONEILL LINE.

* WIND...NORTHWEST WINDS INCREASING TO 20 TO 25 MPH GUSTING TO 35 MPH.

* IMPACTS...SNOW...POSSIBLY HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL COMBINE WITH
  GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS TO CREATE AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING
