.DISCUSSION...Partly sunny skies today will result
in greater than 50% shading today. Min RH this afternoon is
projected to fall down into the mid 50s, with southwest 20 ft
winds around 10 mph. Overnight RH recovery will be excellent with
values above 90%. Mixing heights will crater down to 400 ft
resulting in poor dispersion/ventilation for any nighttime burning.
The inversion is forecast to set in by 2000 PDT.

Partly sunny skies with greater than 50% shading will persist
with winds becoming slightly more westerly. Afternoon RH is
forecast to fall near 50%. Speeds near 12 mph are forecast. The
marine layer height forecast is a little less certain. If cloud
cover hangs a little tougher, the marine layer height may be
closer to 2000 ft AGL, and afternoon RH will remain elevated above
the current forecast. For now, the official forecast will show
improving sky conditions through the afternoon with the marine
layer around 4000 ft AGL.
