more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong high
pressure center over and just W of the waters will stay in place
through tonight, the center of the high pressure gradually
weakens and will shift W and SW of the area early Fri through Sun
while extending a ridge E and NE over the waters. High pressure
will build back E over the waters Sun night through Mon night and
remain through Tue night. A coastal trough will remain along
Washington and Oregon and extend to Vancouver island through
early Sat while weakening. A coastal trough will redevelop along
the Oregon coast Sun night and Mon and persist through Tue night.
