.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving through the Plains States will
become stationary well north of the coast Wednesday night then
move back northwest Thursday. Another cold front will move off the
coast late Sunday but become stationary in the north gulf Monday
before moving north as a warm front Tuesday.
