THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
LOUISIANA...SOUTH MISSISSIPPI AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA WITH AN ENHANCED RISK ACROSS THE
NORTHWESTERN PART OF THE FORECAST AREA. THE MAIN CONCERNS ARE
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS...SMALL HAIL AND ISOLATED TORNADOES.

A WIND ADVISORY FOR ALL OF SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA AS WELL AS
SOUTHWEST AND COASTAL MISSISSIPPI. WINDS OF 25 TO 30 MPH ARE
POSSIBLE WITH FREQUENT HIGHER GUSTS. EXTREME CAUTION SHOULD BE
USED ON AREA ROADWAYS.

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES ARE IN EFFECT AS WINDS AND SEAS INCREASE
ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS. SOME GUSTS TO GALE FORCE ARE POSSIBLE
...ESPECIALLY IN THE OUTER COASTAL WATERS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

ANOTHER SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT THE AREA
AGAIN TUESDAY NIGHT. THE MAIN CONCERNS WOULD BE DAMAGING WIND
GUSTS...SMALL HAIL AND ISOLATED TORNADOES.

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES MAY BE REQUIRED ONCE AGAIN DURING THE
WEEK.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS REQUESTED FOR THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING
AND MAY BE NEEDED AGAIN TUESDAY NIGHT.
