            WAS TWISTED AND TOPPED OFF. DAMAGE AREA CONFINED TO ABOUT
            ONE CITY BLOCK NEAR THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER ON E ST PETERS
            STREET. TIME ESTIMATED BY RADAR. DAMAGE CONSISTENT WITH
            EF-0 GUSTNADO ALONG LEADING EDGE OF SQUALL LINE WITH
            WINDS ESTIMATED 75 MPH.
