.DISCUSSION...

The grassland fire danger will remain low for the next several days
as snow cover will affect most of the area. Temperatures will be
below normal with relatively high humidity values for the remainder
of the week. Stronger winds are expected to return by late Thursday
into Friday. Southeast breezes initially will prevail into Friday
morning before switching around to the northwest during the
afternoon hours and remain gusty into Friday night.
