Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue across much of
the region this evening and through the night. Friday will be the
hottest day of the next week, with forecast highs in the 80s
across the Dakotas and most of Minnesota. Another round of
thunderstorms is likely on Friday, with some isolated severe
thunderstorms possible across the Dakotas. A cold front moving
through will lead to cooler and windy conditions on Saturday, with
highs back in the 60s and 70s. Near to below normal temperatures
are expected through next week, with daily low to medium chances
for showers and thunderstorms.
