* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 6 and
  12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of western North Dakota.

* WHEN...From this evening through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult Saturday night through
  Monday. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce
  visibility.
