...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT RANDOLPH...CLEBURNE AND CLAY
COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 AM CDT...

At 929 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles northwest of Heflin to near Munford to
near Logan Martin Dam. Movement was southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Heflin, Lineville, Ashland, Wedowee, Lake Wedowee, Ranburne,
Fruithurst, Edwardsville, Woodla!** weakened.nd, Malone, Morrison
Cross Roads, Barfield, Corinth, Muscadine, Abernathy, Fosters Cross
Roads, Delta, Mars Hills, Mount Cheaha, and Graham.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 AM CDT for northeastern
Alabama. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until 400 PM CDT for
east central Alabama.
